“Interventions under complicated conditions” symposium

Based on the preliminary results presented here and given the fact that we identified the PCP’s need to better understand the patient’s psycho-oncological experience and to develop their knowledge and skills in this field, we think that the first steps should be taken in creating ways of action that meet the identified needs.

Therefore, we can create training opportunities for PCP in order to provide them with the right context in which they can develop the skills needed to strengthen the doctor-patient relationship, such as communication abilities or patient’s distress management.
